Responsibilities
Lead overall market operations across multiple offices and specialty practice areas within the staffing and solutions portfolio
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and achieve growth objectives
Drive consistent revenue, margin, and operating income performance across all service lines
Ensure operational consistency, best practice implementation, and adherence to company standards
Make data-driven decisions that align short-term business performance with long-term strategic goals
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing leaders across branches and divisions
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Build leadership depth through mentoring, training, and succession planning
Champion diversity, inclusion, and professional growth initiatives
Oversee the financial health of the market, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability management
Analyze local and regional market trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
Guide branch leaders in building and executing effective go-to-market strategies
Ensure compliance with all operational, legal, and regulatory requirements
Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Drive new business development across staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions offerings

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of management experience overseeing multiple teams or business units, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, business development, and operational excellence
Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and P&L
Proven ability to lead through influence and build high-performing, results-driven teams
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
