Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for Behavior Technicians, ABA Supervisors, BCBAs and other mental health roles
Proactively source/review candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and industry-specific job boards
Own and manage mass hiring campaigns to meet organizational growth needs, especially for Behavior Technicians
Manage outreach campaigns and candidate pipelines by sending targeted emails, follow-ups, and other communications to engage potential hires and maintain interest throughout the recruitment process
Represent Burnett Therapeutic Services at virtual job fairs, community events, and local outreach to high schools, colleges, and vocational programs
Identify and implement new, creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool Conduct candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and extend job offers
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics
Track and analyze recruiting KPIs and data to inform hiring strategies and process improvements Provide support for hiring other roles across the organization as needed
Support staff retention initiatives by contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience from recruitment through onboarding
Align recruiting strategy with organizational growth by proactively staffing based on client needs, service demand, anticipated authorizations, and geographic areas positioned for expansion to ensure timely and sustainable client placements
Maintain engagement with candidates through onboarding and credentialing
Conduct post-hire check-ins during the first 30, 60, and 90 days of employment
Act as a liaison between new hires, HR, and leadership to proactively address concerns
Track retention metrics and recommend improvements to hiring and onboarding processes
Support hiring efforts while helping teams build and retain high-quality staff
Support and contribute to retention efforts

Required

Proven experience recruiting for Behavior Technicians, Supervisors, or BCBAs and clinical roles in the behavioral or mental health field
Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and other recruitment tools
Comfortable speaking with entry-level candidates and professionals; able to “sell” the role and culture effectively
Excellent communication skills—friendly, persuasive, and professional
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset; ability to track metrics, analyze hiring trends, and report on outcomes
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude who can take initiative, improve processes, and work independently or collaboratively
Ability to be creative with outreach and not solely rely on recruitment platforms
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Reliable computer, workspace, and internet connection (required)
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented culture

Preferred

Prior experience recruiting in a mental health or healthcare setting
