Responsibilities
Providing legal assistance as needed, including handling a volume of telephone consultations
Settlement oversight
File reviews
Review/approval of legal documents prepared by the firm’s paralegals
Significant amount of time on the phone with clients to ensure they understand the debt resolution process
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the relevant state bar
Upbeat, engaging, patient, and comfortable with a high volume of client interaction and customer service
Comfortable with using computers and basic software
Preferred
Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections is preferred
Experience in debtor/creditor/bankruptcy: 2 years (Preferred)
