Civil Engineering Assistant Project Coordinator

They are seeking a Civil Engineering Assistant Project Coordinator in Omaha, NE, to support project managers by managing calendars, updating contracts, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed to update contracts and documents, including supporting the formatting, word processing and organizing of project documents, specifications, and correspondence
Providing project support, including but not limited to calendar management, proposal creation, setting up activities with internal and external customers, docusign, creating agendas, updating reports, updating databases, and filing
Assist in facilitation of project timelines to ensure goals are met which includes schedules and assignments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Three (3) years of experience providing project coordination or related experience
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capability of anticipating department manager and leadership needs
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment subject to specific deadlines that must be met
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related
Five (5) years related experience preferably within the civil engineering or construction industry
Experience with Docusign, Deltek Vision and/or Smartsheets
