Regional Account Manager

Neuronetics, Inc. is a leading mental healthcare company, now encompassing Greenbrook TMS as a subsidiary. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and other behavioral health providers
Collaborate with Regional Practice Managers and Medical Directors to create business plans that align with global marketing strategies
Generate leads, identify effective sales tactics, and navigate the complete sales cycle to exceed territory goals
Provide timely updates on territory strengths, weaknesses, and market trends to evaluate strategic development
Manage work hours, referral data, and expense reporting with high attention to detail
Uphold all federal and state requirements, including HIPAA privacy rules and the Greenbrook TMS Code of Conduct

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
2–3 years of successful full-time experience in B2B, healthcare, or medical sales
Strong computer skills and the ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information
Leadership, initiative, and effective communication skills are essential
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; Reliable personal transportation is required
Must be willing to travel regionally up to 80% of the time

Preferred

Previous experience generating large referral networks in the behavioral/mental health and psychiatry space
Knowledge or prior experience with TMS devices
