Administrative Assistant - Compliance
The Pharmacy Hub collaborates with various healthcare entities to enhance access to essential products for patients. They are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support their Compliance Department by managing documentation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department
Assist with the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory agencies
Maintain accurate and organized compliance records
Utilize technology tools and systems to improve efficiency and ensure compliance accuracy
Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital document management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, or compliance
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and state regulations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
