Little Apple Day Camp Administrator - Seasonal Educator
The City of Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a Seasonal Educator to serve as the Administrator for the Little Apple Day Camp. This role involves performing business operations, coordinating activities, and maintaining communication with parents and campers during the summer camp period.

Responsibilities
Perform the business operations of the program
Executes administrative tasks and processes to include setting appointments, calendar management, preparing various types of correspondence, filing, record-keeping, presenting important information, answering questions, responding to emails and phone calls, and planning
Apply knowledge of licensing regulations governing school-age programs
Safely operates motor vehicles to pick up and transport program participants to and from programs, field trips and other daily activities
Provides supervision and guidance to a group of children or youth under the direction of a camp staff
Maintains open communication with program participants and parents of participants enrolled in education programs
Performs minor first aid for injuries that may occur during education programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Demonstrated administrative abilities to include multitasking, attention to detail, and accuracy
Knowledge of licensing regulations governing school-age programs
Selected candidate(s) must pass a KBI background check
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred
First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
