Description: Transformation Program Manager (f/m/d)
PALFINGER is a global technology and engineering company specializing in innovative crane and lifting solutions. They are seeking a Transformation Program Manager to drive cross-functional transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities
Drive strategic analysis and planning by collecting and evaluating data, assessing existing processes, and supporting the development of transformation strategies aligned with business priorities
Define and guide program structures, including the development of program and project charters, governance frameworks, and clear roadmaps that ensure effective execution
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, working with interdisciplinary and intercultural teams to deliver results within set timelines, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures
Manage stakeholders and support change adoption by designing communication approaches, building strong engagement strategies, and fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization
Measure performance and ensure transparency through the definition of milestones and KPIs, continuous progress monitoring, and preparation of clear reports and presentations for leadership
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on restructuring or transformation work in an industrial context
Strong program and project management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives and fostering high performance across diverse teams
Strategic and analytical mindset, able to translate vision into actionable plans and guide teams from strategy to execution
Resilient, pragmatic, and culturally adaptable personality, comfortable working in international environments and navigating challenging stakeholder landscapes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to different audiences—ranging from senior executives to operational teams—and develop long‑term partnerships
