Responsibilities
Lead creative conceptualization/development and execution for marketing, digital, print, UI, and packaging projects, ensuring brand consistency and high standards
Oversee all aspects of packaging design, from concept to print-ready files, with a focus on layout precision and visual storytelling
Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns
Utilize advanced design tools (Photoshop, Figma, AI, and more) to push creative boundaries and drive efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and Figma, with expertise in masking, compositing, and generative AI tools
A robust portfolio that stops us in our tracks--showcasing award-winning marketing, packaging, and branding work. (UI/UX design is a plus.)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and mentoring skills in a fast-paced environment
