Responsibilities
Assist in preparing SKU-level forecasts and Monthly Financial Plans for the VD category
Support CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) calls by providing data analysis and insights
Contribute to weekly Achievement Rates to Forecast reports for WBR (Weekly Business Review)
Analyze traffic, CVR (Conversion Rate), and funnel performance to identify trends and report findings
Support the management of VD Aging and TP Accuracy metrics by collaborating with Fulfillment teams
Assist in developing QCD Plans (Demand Revenue, Financial Revenue, SD, Profit %) based on promotional plans
Support inventory optimization efforts by analyzing demand fluctuations and providing recommendations
Create financial program templates for lift assessment and profitability analysis under guidance
Conduct basic data analysis using SQL queries to extract insights from Tableau and integrated databases
Prepare status updates on key activities and programs using SQL queries to analyze performance data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field
0-2 years of experience in financial planning, analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data analysis
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with basic statistical methods and forecasting techniques
Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards
