Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to firm leadership, serving as a primary point of coordination
Manage complex calendars, meeting scheduling, and logistics for partners, leadership meetings, and internal initiatives
Act as an internal liaison across departments, including IT, operations, HR, and finance, to keep requests and follow-ups moving
Assist leadership and IT with tracking action items, priorities, and deadlines tied to projects and initiatives
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, correspondence, and internal communications
Support IT and operations teams by coordinating schedules, vendor meetings, documentation, and approvals
Help standardize administrative processes, documentation, and internal procedures
Assist with onboarding logistics, internal announcements, and coordination of firm meetings or events
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Provide support on special projects and ad-hoc administrative initiatives as needed

Required

8+ years of experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, or administrative operations role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience supporting partners, senior executives, or department heads
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, operations, HR, and finance
Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience supporting IT or operational teams is a plus
