Account Manager (Experiential Agency)
KY Talent is a global, culture-led marketing agency that delivers integrated campaigns across live experiences, social, content, partnerships, and large-scale activations. They are seeking a hands-on Account Manager to lead campaigns across the US & Canada, managing client relationships and driving account performance.
Responsibilities
Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns from briefing through execution
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
Own timelines, budgets, and delivery to a high standard
Manage and develop junior team members
Identify opportunities for account growth and support proposals and pitches
Partner closely with senior leadership to drive account performance and long-term revenue
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in account management / client services within an experiential, social, or integrated agency
Strong understanding of youth, community-led or culturally driven campaigns
Experience delivering campaigns that bridge digital and physical channels
Comfortable managing multiple clients and fast-moving projects
Confident leading teams, budgets, and timelines
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Clear, confident communicator
