Marketing & Growth Coordinator
Bonfire Financial is a fast-growing, independent, fee-only financial planning firm, and they’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to own and operate their marketing engine. The role involves producing and distributing content, managing marketing funnels, and driving measurable growth through creative execution and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Edit podcast episode clips into high-performing short-form video for organic and paid use
Produce additional weekly short-form videos using founder content and internal frameworks
Add captions, hooks, on-screen text, and simple graphics while maintaining brand voice that is smart, human, and respectful, never cringy
Adapt content across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Meta, etc
Continuously test formats, hooks, and angles. Scale what works and eliminate what does not
Be hands-on in the creative. This role executes, not just briefs
Own the posting calendar, cadence, and channel mix
Drive traffic to our website and landing pages
Manage paid amplification and retargeting once organic performance is validated
Own the full marketing funnel from content to booked call/appointments
Optimize landing pages, headlines, proof, CTAs, and application flow
Manage scheduling tools, follow-ups, and reminder communications
Maintain clean CRM tagging and ensure leads enter the correct nurture sequences
Partner closely with the Founder on strategy, voice, and priorities
Coordinate with podcast production and brand/editorial teams to ensure smooth asset flow and alignment
Manage timelines and execution so content moves from episode to blog to video to post to email without delays or micromanagement
Qualification
Required
Strong short‑form video editing experience
Proven ability to create social and ad creative that drives measurable results
Deep understanding of hooks, watch time, retention, and conversion
Can create scroll-stopping content that makes people feel something
Ability to inject smart, brand-appropriate humor into serious or complex topics without losing credibility or trust
Experience with paid social or growth campaigns (even small budgets)
Understanding of funnels and basic landing page optimization
Confident with analytics and KPI reporting
Comfortable owning numbers and iterating based on data
Self-directed and able to execute independently in a founder-led, fast-moving environment
