Responsibilities
Accurately Processes incoming customer purchase orders for customer base - manual and EDI
Manages all incoming calls and requests for specific customer base in a very positive, customer centric manner
Processes all research and credit memo requests for customer base
Provides inside support to Uponor sales group as well as collaboration and assistance within the customer service dept
Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Two years daily customer interaction in a professional role, either face to face or over the phone
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Preferred
Associates degree
Experience and knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, specifically Order Management
