This is a hands-on role ideal for fashion students or individuals with a strong interest in the fashion industry who are eager to gain real experience.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational tasks to support the niLuu team
Manage inventory organization, steaming, and product preparation
Assist with packing, shipping, and sample coordination
Maintain and organize the showroom, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and ready for buyers or clients
Contribute to occasional social media or content-related tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently studying fashion, marketing, merchandising, or a related field, or have previous experience in fashion or retail
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable handling garments and maintaining showroom standards
Must be available Monday–Thursday from 11 AM to 5 PM
Must be located or relocating to Miami and able to commute/work in person
Must be available to start the position immediately
