Maintain accurate, compliant digital records
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and performance coaching
Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and share best practices
Qualification
Required
Confident communicator, comfortable on video platforms such as Zoom
Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with strong digital skills (CRMs, Zoom, cloud-based systems)
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Equipped with a Windows-based PC/laptop and reliable internet connection
