This internship program is designed for rising Junior or Senior undergraduate students to gain experience in the Culture & Communications team, focusing on internal communications, culture initiatives, and event management.

Responsibilities

Supporting divisional communications (monthly newsletters, SharePoint site) and event planning and execution (divisional meetings) for 1,500+ people

Executing divisional culture initiatives (learning sessions, employee outreach)

Updating performance dashboards and gathering metrics from business areas

Creating PowerPoint presentations and standard operating procedure documentation

Using data and analytical skills to refine and launch divisional surveys

Supporting change-management processes and communications

Required

Undergraduate Track: Junior or Senior Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or other Business-related degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 GPA or above

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to write for different audiences

Excellent organizational skills

Project management experience

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, Adobe suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred, not required)

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
