They are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide data-driven financial insights, execute budgeting and forecasting, and manage relationships to support decision making.

Responsibilities
Operates as a business partner across supply chain business segments to develop a sound understanding of NexTier’s financial goals and strategies and recommend appropriate organizational initiatives in support of those strategies
Communicates financial insights that drive and support short and long-term business decisions
Lead monthly financial reviews for the business segment for all basins across U.S
Analyzing monthly savings, validate savings, and reporting to senior management
Provides competitive analysis to the business segment to enable benchmarking and economic value add driven decisions
Work with Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting to complete monthly close of operating results and respond to questions from management accordingly
Support business segment with vendor analysis, sourcing, and compliance
Perform additional duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Operational knowledge of the supply chain business segment
Extensive analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to present financial data using detailed reports & charts
Strong background with forecasting, budgeting, driver-based planning
Time management & ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic & fast paced environment
Proficiency in Excel & SAP
Ability to build relationships throughout the organization, i.e. HQ to Field Level personnel
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Preferred
5-7 years in Finance or Accounting experience in oilfield services
SAP experience
