Responsibilities
Lead a team to deliver high-quality service that aligns with Gallagher's operational standards
Manage and develop your team
Helping them grow while ensuring productivity and performance goals are met
Tackle complex client issues
Conduct root-cause analyses
Implement solutions that make a lasting impact
Collaborate across teams to drive service improvements
Support key sales initiatives
Foster a culture of growth and excellence
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree with 6+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 11+ years of relevant experience
At least 4 years of supervisory experience
A Life and Health Insurance License
Experience leading and developing teams, ideally in a matrix or shared services environment
The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across teams
Strong interpersonal and planning skills to achieve measurable results
Preferred
Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise focused on service quality, people, process and technology
Prior experience designing and implementing
Significant experience leading and managing teams (preferably in a matrix environment) with an operational service delivery or shared services environment
