Responsibilities
This SAP Analyst will be experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Reporting. This individual will be responsible for:
Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications (data mapping, legacy system reconciliation)
Update documentation as needed for payroll feeds (time and attendance, benefits, tax, third party providers)
Build and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing
Serve as first line point of contact for payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; coordinate triage and resolution with IT, vendors, and functional business owners
Follow change control procedures for any integration modifications
Provide clear, business focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
Identify opportunities to automate manual validations, reduce processing time, and improve data quality
Qualification
Required
Hands on experience designing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP environments (ABAP- SAP BW-SAP BusinessObjects) 4 Years Expert
Proven ability to create functional specifications as well as perform data reconciliation and translate results into actionable recommendations 5 Years Expert
Hands on experience designing and executing functional and integration test plans. 4 Years Expert
Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non technical audiences. 5 Years Advanced
Preferred
Technical knowledge of APIs-middleware or scripting (e.g. SQL-Power Query-Python) is beneficial but not required. 4 Years Intermediate
