Responsibilities
Planning, developing and conducting standardized Business systems training programs
Training and serving as a resource for super users and end users for enterprise systems (i.e ERP - Infor, Kronos, Concur, Office 365)
Maintaining training curriculum and delivering ongoing Business system education
Building, maintaining, and testing of the training environment
Assisting with the development of training content and training classes related to Business applications and technology
Qualification
Required
Strong facilitation experience
Extensive in-person and virtual software training experience
Responsible for planning, developing and conducting standardized Business systems training programs
Train and serve as a resource for super users and end users for enterprise systems (i.e ERP - Infor, Kronos, Concur, Office 365)
Maintain training curriculum and deliver ongoing Business system education
Build, maintain, and test the training environment
Assist with the development of training content and training classes related to Business applications and technology
Benefits
All associated travel expenses will be invoiced for contractors during on site visit based on GSA standard – receipts required for invoicing.
Client will reimburse travel expenses to and from the assignment.
Housing, transportation, and M&I may be expensed while on site.
