Verifies warranty and services contract coverage by examining records, and explaining provisions and exclusions to customers
Maintains professional appearance and excellent work ethics
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Positive professional attitude
Strong communication skills; oral and written
Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language to clients
Prior experience in automotive service writing a must
Working knowledge of shop equipment
Team oriented, flexible and committed to maintaining a high level of customer service
