Responsibilities
Assist in new hardware installation of workstations, servers, printer, and any other hardware necessary for connectivity and computing use
Assist in supporting internal servers, local area network security, and related
Travel to locations to support hardware networking functions and users
Assist in maintain wired and wireless networks at each facility
Assist in the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance tasks
Assist in manning technical support help desk and fielding level I issues
Assist in communicating with end-users to ensure user needs are being met
Qualification
Required
Pursuit of Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer hardware/networking is desired
Pursuit of relevant systems and support certifications desired
