Provide financial oversight and guidance to the Board
Review financial statements and budget performance
Support financial planning and sustainability efforts
Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial standards and reporting
Support audit and Form 990 review processes
Serve as an active member of the Board of Directors
Qualification
Required
CPA or strong financial/accounting background
Experience with nonprofit or grant-funded organizations
Passion for social impact and community advocacy
Commitment to ethical governance and transparency
