Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
Automate repetitive processes and workflows using Power Automate
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights
Recommend data-driven solutions and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
Hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Power Automate
Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into actionable results
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or a related industry
Familiarity with reporting and dashboard platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
