Creating experiences that help employees thrive
Facilitating high-quality training sessions-both in-person and virtually
Tailoring content to meet diverse learning needs
Managing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
Keeping courses current, assigning learning paths, and tracking progress
Monitoring participation and measuring impact through feedback and performance data
Continuously refining programs to ensure effectiveness and engagement
Developing and enhancing training materials
Collaborating closely with managers
Reinforcing learning so employees can apply new skills on the job
Coordinating logistics and exploring the latest methodologies and tools
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
4-6 years of experience in corporate training facilitation
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Financial industry experience preferred
Familiarity with learning experience platforms (LXPs), learning management systems (LMSs), or e-learning platforms preferred
ATD certifications preferred
