Business Development Representative
Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Representative to proactively generate referrals and increase admissions across all levels of care. The role involves building relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals while promoting awareness of TPEG services and meeting outreach goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources through calls, meetings, emails, and networking
Identify and follow up on new referral opportunities to support census growth
Educate referral partners on programs, services, and admissions processes
Create and deliver presentations to community partners and referral networks
Represent TPEG at community and sponsored events
Utilize CRM systems to manage accounts, leads, and reporting
Maintain accurate outreach records and timely CRM updates
Track referral and admissions data to inform strategy
Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth and service expansion
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or GED
One to three (1-3) years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or community outreach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, for events and outreach efforts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Preferred
Experience working with or serving addiction recovery communities is a plus
Familiarity with substance use recovery programs, services, or referral networks
