Manager, FP&A and Accounting

Endurant Disaster Recovery is seeking a Manager, FP&A & Accounting for a high-visibility role that reports directly to the CFO. This hybrid position involves leadership in both finance and accounting, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis while ensuring GAAP compliance and supporting the annual audit process.

Responsibilities

Own HoldCo accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Partner with brand Controllers to review monthly results, ensure consistency, and support timely close processes
Lead coordination of the annual audit, including PBC management and auditor interaction
Support GAAP compliance, accounting policy interpretation, and process standardization across brands
Assist in strengthening internal controls, close discipline, and reporting accuracy in a PE-backed environment
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and capital allocation decisions
Build and enhance KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to track operational and financial performance
Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentation materials for leadership and investors
Partner with the CFO on the implementation and optimization of a new financial reporting platform (Vena)
Improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and financial visibility across the organization
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Accounting strongly preferred)
4–8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, controllership, and/or FP&A
Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit processes
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong systems and data aptitude (AI experience, not required)
Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
Track record of professional growth, ownership, and stability
Strong communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
Must be able to work in the Norcross office

Preferred

Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-growing, multi-entity environment preferred
