Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect categories: design sourcing strategies, run RFx events, and select suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives
Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle—onboard vendors, execute performance scorecards, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement with key suppliers
Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contract language with cross-functional stakeholders; partner with Legal to finalize and maintain master agreements and NDAs
Operate and optimize Procure-to-Pay workflows; coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate PO issuance, invoice matching, and timely payments
Perform spend analysis and TCO modeling to identify savings opportunities, track procurement KPIs, and deliver measurable cost avoidance
Implement procurement policies and controls to ensure compliance, vendor risk mitigation, and scalable sourcing processes for a distributed, remote organization
