End-to-end performance across sales execution, estimating accuracy, and installation delivery
Subcontractor productivity, quality, safety, and compliance
Gross margin improvement through better estimating, labor efficiency, and rework reduction
Operational KPIs, backlog visibility, and capacity planning
Team leadership across sales, operations, and installation
Customer satisfaction from estimate through final install

Required

5+ years leading operations in fencing, construction, or exterior services

Experience with Buildertrend, HubSpot, or similar platforms a plus
