Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations, take measurements, and present solutions that can close the sale in one visit
Guide clients through provided flooring samples helping them make confident decisions
Present flexible financing options to simplify purchasing and finalize agreements
Hit sales targets by closing during the consultation while collaborating with the Express Flooring team to deliver an exceptional experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and perform tasks such as climbing stairs
Valid state motor vehicle operator's license

A college degree is preferred
