Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency and alignment with practice goals
Provide leadership, direction, and support to coworkers across clinical and administrative functions
Monitor workflow and adjust assignments to meet patient care and operational needs
Ensure a welcoming, professional, and compassionate environment for patients and families
Assist staff with patient concerns and take an active role in resolving issues promptly
Support initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and office performance
Coordinate front desk activities, scheduling, patient check‑in/check‑out, and medical record management
Oversee referrals, prior authorizations, and billing-related processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage supply ordering, inventory, and vendor coordination
Ensure staff and operations adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Maintain updated knowledge of CPT and ICD‑10 coding practices as applicable
Support quality care standards and compliance expectations throughout the practice
Foster a positive, team‑focused work environment
Assist with training new coworkers and supporting ongoing staff development
Communicate operational updates, process changes, and expectations to the team

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting and/or prior supervisory or leadership experience
