Responsibilities
Lead engagement and build relationships with customers across the MENA region, driving compliance conversations and negotiations
Analyze complex investigation data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform campaign strategy, while ensuring CRM data integrity
Own the lead development process, refining and implementing strategies to identify and qualify new compliance opportunities
Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and playbooks to ensure process consistency and scalability
Provide strategic analysis and reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
Candidates must currently reside within the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region to be considered for this role
3+ years of professional experience in a customer engagement, sales, account management, or business development role
Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer pipelines and report on metrics
Strong proficiency in MS Excel or equivalents (e.g., Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting
Professional working proficiency in English, with excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Direct experience in software license compliance, anti-piracy, or intellectual property rights
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
Experience in a role requiring investigative or analytical skills to solve complex problems
Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
