Responsibilities

Develop and execute mid-to-long-term AMR sales strategies and business expansion plans for the US market, driving sustainable growth of the company's AMR/AGV products and solutions
Proactively develop client resources in the US region, identify business opportunities for AMR applications in warehousing, logistics, smart manufacturing, and other sectors, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Hikrobot's mobile robotics portfolio
Formulate business development plans for key clients (e.g., system integrators, logistics automation firms, large-scale warehousing and manufacturing enterprises). Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships through regular visits, technical exchanges, and training sessions
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal resources to resolve issues throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Utilize CRM and other sales tools to manage the business process, conduct regular sales data analysis, and continuously refine strategies to exceed performance targets

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference will be given to majors in Automation, Mechatronics, Logistics Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the US market with a background in one of the following industries: AMR/AGV Robotics, Warehousing & Logistics Automation Solutions, Industrial Automation / Smart Manufacturing Equipment, Robotics System Integration
Familiar with the sales cycle of automation projects, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with system integrators and end clients (e.g., e-commerce, retail, automotive, 3C manufacturing)
Customer-centric and results-driven, with excellent business negotiation, cross-departmental collaboration, and project management skills
Full professional proficiency in English is required for business communication and technical discussions (language proof or assessment will be required)
Willingness to be based in the US long-term. Candidates with prior overseas work or cross-cultural business experience are preferred

Preferred

Demonstrated experience in deploying AMR/AGV projects within the North American warehousing/logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors
Technical aptitude to understand core product features and solution advantages in robotics
Established network of contacts or partners within the US automation industry
