Responsibilities

Install the D365 Customer Service Workspace Omnichannel app and validate that the Omnichannel Hub and Admin Center are present
Configure Workstreams & Queues for Live Chat Routing
Configure Agent User Experience (UX) Features
Configure Veteran User Experience (UX) Features
Collaborate with the QA team to address defects
Participate in sprint planning to break down user stories into tasks
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Develop integration solutions with third-party systems
Collaborate with the Platform Architect on system design decisions
Implement simple & complex features using Low Code No Code (LCNC) tools
Collaborate with the UI/UX Specialist to implement front-end designs
Ensure accessibility standards are met for all interfaces – 508 Compliance
Assist in integrating third-party APIs or configured connections to other applications
Report defects in Jira and track them through resolution
Assist or own maintaining and updating existing documentation based on feature changes
Collaborate with other Developers, Administrators, and Architects to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements
Support data cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including user provisioning, profile management, and permission set assignments
Assist in documenting configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base
Write and test Dynamics 365 code (e.g., plugins, workflows) using C# .Net or JavaScript
Contribute to design discussions and ensure that customizations meet business needs
Solve technical problems, while debugging custom code or system configurations

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a MS D365 Developer
Experience configuring and creating solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Experience with D365 CRM chat capabilities and implementing queues
Experience with D365 Modules Customer Insights, Business Central, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain Modules as well as Power Platform Apps, Pages, etc
Experience with FetchXML, Advanced Find, and other tools used with configuration
Experience configuring managed connections with other Microsoft products like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI
Understanding of customizing workflows and supporting integration with code
Knowledge of customizations using JavaScript or Power Automate
Experience working in an Agile Team Framework
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
This position requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card

Preferred

Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is a plus
Experience with the VA Contact Centers utilizing D365 CRM applications is highly desired
On the job experience with maintaining and/or building APIs
Practical experience with Azure Functions
Practical experience with Azure App Services
Experience with Dynamics Portals/ADX Studio
