Ensuring the accuracy of edit log entries and overseeing compliance according to established policies and guidelines to facilitate the accurate transfer of data to National payroll
Identifying/resolving discrepancies within a defined procedure or regulation
Communicating/coaching all levels of management regarding edit logs, pay rules, and scheduling compliance matters
Responding to managers with time, attendance and pay related questions and issues
Producing/maintaining all required reports/documentation
Qualification
Required
Three years of related work experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills/abilities
Preferred
Experience with Kronos and automated HRIS systems
