Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM solutions (Cloud and On-Prem) across multiple environments
Lead customization, configuration, and development of CRM components including plugins, workflows, integrations, SSRS reports, and data migrations
Translate business requirements into technical designs and reusable solution frameworks
Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, and user stories
Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, and C#
Provide production support, L3 troubleshooting, and performance optimization for CRM applications
Lead CRM upgrades, legacy system replacements, and multi-tenant implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and industry standards (banking, government, healthcare)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM (2011–365 Cloud)
Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, WCF, MVC, Plugins, Workflows
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and CRM data migration
Expertise in CRM architecture, integrations, and automation testing
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Proven experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional team leadership
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications
Experience in banking, government, healthcare, or enterprise environments
Knowledge of RPA (Automation Anywhere) and BizTalk integrations
