ANALYST I
Caltrans District 3 is seeking an ANALYST I for the Department of Managed Health Care. The incumbent will be responsible for program-related tasks ensuring compliance with health care regulations and will engage in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating administrative activities within the Office of Plan Licensing (OPL).

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor I (SUP I) the incumbent is assigned program-related responsibilities that ensure effective interpretation and implementation of the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975 (Act), the California Code of Regulations, Title 28 (Regulations), Federal Health Care Reform and program policies and procedures
The incumbent is responsible for performing duties of a difficult and complex nature involved in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluating administrative activities within the Office of Plan Licensing (OPL)

Required
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
