Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with client managers, partners, and internal teams to continuously improve systems and enhance business outcomes
Analyze enhancement requests, assess scope, propose technical solutions and alternatives, and develop estimates and deliverables
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and major production issues; implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring issues
Build and maintain a high-availability application environment with a focus on stability and performance
Manage Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and fault monitoring using industry-standard tools
Identify and develop reusable modules and templates to improve team productivity and efficiency
Ensure adherence to organizational processes aligned with CMMi Level 5 standards
Analyze, prioritize, and resolve production issues related to POS legacy systems
Interact directly with client POCs to understand business processes, application behavior, issues, and requirements
Ensure the team has the required technical expertise by identifying skill gaps and conducting training sessions
Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle
Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively to team members
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, and eCommerce systems
Strong expertise in PHP, WordPress, Laravel, and ReactJS
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, New Relic, and Datadog
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
Proven leadership experience managing teams and working directly with clients
