Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical, non-technical, managerial and Trainer positions
Pre-screening Candidates - Qualify candidates by way of technical screening, phone/in-person interviewing, salary discussion/negotiation and feedback
Technical sourcing and recruiting experience, especially within the Infrastructure/IT Engineering backgrounds
Extensive experience with sourcing tools / portals
Experience with Placement of Bench consultants (Sales)
Prepare/brief candidates prior to interviews
Work closely with Client Managers and Business Development Specialist to find, qualify and place IT and engineering professionals with our clients
Must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to talk to people. Must be organized
Result Oriented, productive, ready to work in fast and changing environment (Must Have skills)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in recruiting and placing bench consultants
Prior experience of IT staffing of at least 2-3 years
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical, non-technical, managerial and Trainer positions
