Entry, Mid LevelVirtual Hangar® is a next-generation private aviation platform delivering seamless, intelligent air travel through advanced aircraft booking and flight management technology. They are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience and visual design across their web and mobile applications, as well as digital marketing assets.

Responsibilities
Design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Design UI assets for digital marketing, including emails and landing pages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights
Ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with Virtual Hangar® brand standards
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Partner closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a hybrid role and be based in either Boston, MA or Palm Beach, FL
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile work
Strong proficiency in Figma (required)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
