Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users as needed

Deploy, configure, and support Windows and macOS computers for end users

Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and IoT devices

Perform basic computer hardware troubleshooting and remediation

Document technical support procedures and assist in maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Research and resolve unfamiliar technical scenarios, escalating issues appropriately when required
