Associate Manager, Marketing

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, trial, and market share for Dealers Choice
Manage brand standards and ensure all marketing materials align with Dealers Choice brand identity and messaging
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, promotions,email, and sales enablement tools
Own Dealers Choice presence across website and social media platforms, partnering with internal teams and vendors to improve performance and engagement
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to drive digital adoption, customer trial, and loyalty through targeted campaigns and on-platform initiatives
Plan and execute Dealers Choice participation in trade shows and major industry events, including messaging, materials, and on-site support
Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform strategy, optimize spend, and improve ROI
Prepare and present insights, performance reports, and recommendations to key internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and senior leadership
Partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies support broader business objectives and regional sales goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing (B2B experience preferred)
Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, promotions, eCommerce)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Moderate travel required for trade shows, events, and business needs
