Responsibilities

Responsible for all practice management systems maintenance, support and training
Works within a team environment that includes frequent coordination of activities with Administrative Office, Practice staff, practice administrators/managers, application clients, MaineHealth Epic Team and application vendor representatives to ensure implementation and maintenance of all practice management system applications

Qualification

Medical billing experiencePractice management softwareApplications supportProficient computer skillsEffective presentation skills

Required

College graduate or relevant experience required
Three years of medical billing/access or related experience required
Five years of experience with practice management application software implementation, maintenance and support required

Preferred

Effective presentation skills in classroom setting
Proficient computer skills
