Responsibilities

Collect, analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., workplace utilization systems, employee surveys, service tickets, financial reports, and vendor data) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the workplace experience
Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support Workplace Experience decision-making
Develop, enhance, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics to track performance and measure the effectiveness of workplace and facilities initiatives
Partner closely with Workplace Experience leaders, Real Estate, Finance, Human Resources, and external partners to translate business and employee needs into analytical questions and measurable outcomes
Proactively identify operational and process improvement opportunities that unlock efficiencies, improve service delivery, and enhance the employee experience
Support cross-functional initiatives and projects by providing analytical expertise, structured problem-solving, and project management support as needed
Communicate complex data and findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to leaders and stakeholders at varying levels of the organization
Fulfill recurring and ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests, prioritizing work based on business impact and urgency
Benchmark internal performance against external best practices and industry standards to inform continuous improvement
Act as a thought partner to Workplace Experience and Facilities leaders by proactively surfacing insights, trends, and recommended actions
Apply strong diagnostic skills—listening, probing, and analysis—to translate ambiguous business challenges into data-driven solutions
Build strong, collaborative relationships across a matrixed organization to influence outcomes without direct authority
Regularly connect with peers to share best practices, align on standards, and identify emerging workplace trends
Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking feedback and continuously developing analytical, business, and technical capabilities
Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, financial, or facilities-related information

Strong proficiency with O365, dataflows, Power BI, data queries, Smartsheet, and comfort with HR and Project Management systems
Present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner
Profound understanding of the importance of confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
