2026-2027 Yearlong Quality Assurance Intern
Chicago Transit Authority is the second largest transit system in the country! They are seeking a Yearlong Quality Assurance Intern to assist in the development of training materials and implement a tracking point system for the Quality Incentive Program within the Chief Infrastructure department’s Quality unit.

Responsibilities
Research and assist in the development of training materials. (PowerPoint and video)
Implement the execution of materials for the Quality Management System Academy
Develop and implement a tracking point system for the Quality Incentive Program
Qualification
Required
Required enrollment status: Full-time (as defined by your academic institution) in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Understanding of design basics, engineering principles, construction basics, and quality principles
Data analysis
Preferred
Preferred Major(s): Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Track, Mechanical, Electrical) Quality Assurance, Information Systems
Preferred Level of Education: College sophomore and above
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
