The role involves assisting customers with RV and marine parts, processing sales, and conducting RV walk-throughs to ensure a smooth ownership experience.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with RV and marine parts and accessories
Recommend products based on customer needs
Process sales, maintain inventory, and restock as needed
Conduct RV walk-throughs at delivery
Explain features, systems, safety equipment, and basic maintenance
Answer customer questions to ensure a smooth ownership experience
Shipping & Receiving duties for service and parts departments
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in RV, marine, automotive, or retail sales preferred
Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales experience and comfort working with customers
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-first, customer-focused approach
Willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership

Stand and move throughout the dealership for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
Bend, kneel, or reach during inspections and show-throughs
