Responsibilities
Design and develop training content for security officers, including onboarding, refresher training, and advanced skill modules
Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning modules, quizzes, and job aids
Translate security policies, SOPs, and legal/regulatory requirements into easy-to-understand training content
Collaborate with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
Update and revise training content to reflect changes in laws, client requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
Develop scenario-based training and real-world simulations relevant to security operations
Ensure training materials align with adult learning principles and diverse learning styles
Track training effectiveness and incorporate feedback to continuously improve content
Maintain organized records of training materials and version control
Qualification
Required
Background in private security, public safety, military, or criminal justice
Experience creating compliance-driven or regulated training content
Knowledge of state and federal security licensing and training requirements
Basic video production, graphic design, or multimedia skills
