Responsibilities
Collect, prepare, analyze, and maintain comprehensive reports that help maximize the value of our properties
Focus on regular weekly and monthly reporting and one-off projects directed by the Vice President of Finance - Multifamily Operations
Utilize relevant undergraduate degree to analyze and evaluate multifamily properties
Prepare financial models, projections, and performance reports for multifamily assets
Conduct market research and analysis to support asset management decisions
Interpret financial data and market trends
Apply strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines, excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field preferred
Experience in real estate asset management or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
Strong computer skills, VBA, Excel, SQL a plus
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
