Responsibilities
Maintaining and preparing a variety of financial and management reports, including the critical NCUA's 5300 Call Report
Preparing and posting journal entries in line with established schedules
Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly general ledger reconciliations as assigned
Proactively resolving any outstanding GL issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; financial services background preferred
Strong understanding of financial products, GAAP, and general ledger systems
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with 10-key and office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently, collaboratively, and cross-functionally
Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement
Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
